Givan Dwi Riyan, Lahir di Jakarta 3 November 1994. Statusnya sudah menikah dan mempunyai anak satu.
Beliau memulai pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Pakujaya 2003 – 2009, lalu melanjutkan ke Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Tangerang 2009 – 2012 dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Kafah Unggul 2012 – 2015 tidak hanya itu melanjutkan kuliah di Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta 2, Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan
Sebelum di Puskesmas Kembangan Pernah mengabdi di perbatasan Indonesia dengan mengikuti program Nusantara Sehat 2015-2017.
Sekarang Mas Givan jobdesk nya di bagian Kesehatan Lingkungan Sebagai Tenaga Sanitasi Lingkungan dan ditempatkan di Pustu Srengseng dan Meruya Selatan I.

Motivasi : Bekerja Keras, Kerja Ikhlas dan selalu semangat serta berpikir positif.
Sukanya : Bertemu hal hal baru atau orang baru di kegiatan saat menjadi petugas kesehatan lingkungan
