Halo Gaes…..Apa kabar semua? Tetap sehat dan semangat semua ya menyambut awal hari di tahun yang baru ini, walaupun langit Jakarta lebih sering mendung dan gerimis, tapi hati kita jangan ya….Eeaaa
Yap, di Indonesia, Januari memang dikenal sebagai musimnya penghujan, diawali dari penghujung akhir tahun kemarin dan akan berlanjut beberapa bulan ke depan. Portal berita pun memberitakan beberapa prediksi BMKG terkait hal ini.
Musim penghujan identik dengan meningkatnya kasus beberapa penyakit menular di masyarakat seperti demam berdarah, diare, leptospirosis (penyakit akibat kencing tikus), demam tifoid atau tipes, penyakit kulit, ataupun sekedar batuk pilek musiman.
Naaaah, bulan Desember kemarin, tepatnya tanggal 11 desember 2020 puskesmas di wilayah Kecamatan Kembangan, yaitu Puskesmas Kelurahan Joglo 2 mengadakan acara SERU GAES (Seminar di Rumah Gaya Remaja Sehat) yang bertema “Si Nyamuk Nakal“, membahas tentang Penyakit Demam Berdarah dengan pembicara dr. Sandi dari Layanan Kesehatan Remaja Puskesmas Kelurahan Joglo 2 dan dimoderatori oleh Kak Sarah dari Saka Bhakti Husada Kecamatan Kembangan. Acara ini dilakukan melalui google meet dan diikuti 35 remaja di wilayah Kembangan dan sekitarnya. Berikut ringkasan materinya :
Apa itu Demam Berdarah ?
Demam Berdarah adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue dan ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes Aegypti. Virus dengue tadi tinggal di perut nyamuk Aedes Aegypti.
Apa Ciri Nyamuk Aedes Aegypti?
- Nyamuk ini memiliki belang hitam putih di sekujur tubuhnya.
- Aktif menggigit pada pagi (sekitar pukul 09.00-11.00) dan sore hari (sekitar pukul 15.00-18.00)
- Bertelur di air yang jernih
- Suka tempat tempat lembab, warna warna gelap, dan juga suka bau keringat manusia (waaah… siapa ni yang suka menggantung baju yang habis dipakai di kamar? Hati hati lho….bisa jadi tempat para nyamuk kongkow di situ buat siap siap gigit kamu)
- Memiliki kemampuan terbang rata-rata sejauh 40-100 meter
- Memiliki siklus hidup 10-12 hari
APA SIH GEJALA SESEORANG TERKENA DEMAM BERDARAH ?
Gejala utamanya tentu saja demam, demam tinggi yang bersifat mendadak selama 2-7 hari, dan dapat disertai gejala lainnya, seperti lemas, mual dan atau muntah, nyeri otot dan sendi, nyeri ulu hati, terkadang muncul pendarahan spontan beruba bercak di kulit, mimisan, atau BAB berdarah.
Demam pada penyakit ini juga memiliki ciri khas, disebut demam pelana kuda. Pada 3 hari pertama pasien akan mengalami demam tinggi, hari ke 4 dan ke 5 demam akan turun bahkan sampai suhu normal, namun di situ lah fase kritis, dan dapat mengancam nyawa. Di hari ke 6 dan ke 7 suhu perlahan naik lagi dan memasuki fase penyembuhan.
Apa yang harus kamu lakukan bila mengalami gejala- gejala tadi?
- Minumlah air putih sebanyak mungkin
- Berikan kompres air hangat
- Gunakan pakaian yang tipis
- Istirahat di ruangan dengan ventilasi yang baik
- Minum obat penurun panas seperti paracetamol
Kapan harus ke fasilitas kesehatan?
Bawa segera ke Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit bila pasien menunjukkan gejala berikut:
- Kurang makan minum/ muntah terus
- Keluhan perut sakit terus menerus
- Keluar perdarahan (kulit,hidung,mulut)
- Kencing berkurang/ kencing 6 jam(-)
- Kulit, kaki dingin lembab
Apa saja yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah demam berdarah?
- Kegiatan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) + 4M Plus
- Pemberantasan vektor/nyamuk dengan penyemprotan (fogging fokus).
- Kunjungan ke rumah-rumah untuk Pemantauan jentik dan pembagian bubuk abate (Abatisasi)
